Moraebi begins where that recommendation ends. We help you understand and compare natural gemstones that meet the prescription, then design the jewel around the stone you select.

Please share the recommendation you received, including:

• Acceptable weight range
• Permitted substitute, if any
• Preferred metal, if prescribed
• Instructions about orientation or skin contact

Because ratti conversions can differ, we confirm the required carat range before shortlisting gemstones.

Only when your astrologer has specifically permitted it.

Citrine is not silently substituted for Yellow Sapphire. Amethyst is not silently substituted for Blue Sapphire. Natural Zircon is not silently substituted for Diamond.

The gemstone named on your certificate and invoice is the gemstone you receive.

Yes. During a video consultation, Moraebi shows you the actual shortlisted gemstones — not a representative image.

Screens can display colour differently, but seeing each gemstone move in natural or neutral light allows for a more informed comparison.

Yes. You may reserve up to five gemstones for five days, without a deposit.

This gives you time to consult your astrologer, family or trusted friends. If no selection is made within five days, the gemstones may be released for other clients.

We do not use astrological fear or unsupported scarcity claims to rush your decision.

Yes. Every Moraebi gemstone is independently tested and certified for its natural identity.

We do not use laboratory-created gemstones, synthetic equivalents, glass, resin or another material presented under the name of the prescribed gemstone.

Moraebi uses genuine cultured pearls, never synthetic or imitation pearls. Rudraksha is a botanical seed and follows a separate identification process.

Moraebi selects gemstones supported by laboratory findings such as “no indications of heating” or “no evidence of treatment.”

The exact language depends on the gemstone, the treatment being tested and the laboratory. When a particular treatment history cannot be established conclusively, we explain what the report confirms and whether any supplier declaration is being relied upon.

Yes. The certificate belongs to the exact gemstone you select.

A standard report generally records:

• Natural identity
• Mineral or organic material name
• Weight and measurements
• Shape and cutting style
• Detectable treatment
• Photograph or identifying details, where provided

Geographic origin is not automatically included.

Specialised reports or origin opinions from GIA, Gübelin or another mutually approved laboratory may be arranged where that service is available. The client pays the laboratory fee and related insured shipping costs.

Natural diamonds of 0.50 carat and above are supplied with an applicable GIA or IGI report.

Yes. Inclusions are part of a gemstone’s natural formation — much like birthmarks.

They may appear as crystals, fine needles, growth lines, colour zones or healed fissures. Gemological laboratories study these internal features to help confirm natural formation, detect treatment and, in certain gemstones, support an opinion about origin.

Moraebi accepts natural inclusions. We avoid serious structural weaknesses, such as unstable cavities, extensive open fractures or damaged edges, that may compromise continuous wear.

Depending on your recommendation and design, Moraebi works with:

Gold and silver jewellery is hallmarked where applicable under Indian standards. Your invoice records the metal, purity and weight.

Only after you have selected your gemstone do we begin designing its setting.

Before production, you approve:

The setting is then developed around the exact dimensions, structure and relative softness of your gemstone.

Moraebi sends you a ring sizer with video instructions. You may also call us for assistance while measuring.

Please follow the instructions carefully because fit can vary with ring width, design and the finger on which the jewel will be worn.

Where the design and gemstone permit, a ring may be resized by up to one size larger. The resizing work is complimentary; shipping is paid by the client.

A ring cannot ordinarily be made smaller within this construction and may need to be remade. Remaking is available at a nominal workmanship charge, along with the cost of any additional material required.

The timeline depends on gemstone selection, specialised certification, design approval, chosen metal and design complexity.

Moraebi confirms an estimated completion date before production begins. Laboratory reports, complex designs or size changes after approval may extend the timeline.

Yes. Moraebi’s astrological jewellery is designed for continuous wear.

Protective bezels, considered proportions and secure construction help protect vulnerable edges and reduce unnecessary snagging. A sturdy setting reduces risk, but it cannot make a natural gemstone indestructible.

Avoid:

• Swimming pools, chlorine and seawater
• Bleach and harsh household chemicals
• Perfume, hairspray or sanitiser directly on the jewel
• Abrasive surfaces
• Weight training while wearing rings
• Repeated hard impact or pressure
• Deliberately striking the jewel against hard objects

Pearl, coral, turquoise, opal, moonstone and emerald require greater care. Gemstone-specific guidance accompanies every jewel.

A natural jewel worn continuously may gradually carry signs of a life lived.

Metal can develop fine marks. Softer gemstones may show gentle surface wear. Untreated turquoise may deepen through contact with skin oils, while pearl and coral require particular protection from chemicals and abrasion.

These natural signs of wear are different from a manufacturing defect. Regular inspections help identify looseness or setting wear before it becomes serious.

For the life of your jewel, Moraebi provides:

• Assessment before repair or repolishing
• A quotation before any chargeable work begins

Within India, collection and return shipping for routine aftercare are complimentary when arranged by Moraebi.

International clients may send or ship the jewel to us. International shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are paid by the client. Clients visiting Jaipur may receive complimentary cleaning, inspection and eligible resizing.

Moraebi provides a 12-month craftsmanship warranty from delivery.

Subject to inspection, it covers manufacturing defects in the setting or construction, such as a solder joint or structural component failing under ordinary use.

It does not ordinarily cover accidental impact, crushing, scratching, gemstone abrasion, chemical damage, loss, incorrect sizing supplied by the client, normal signs of wear or repairs performed by another jeweller.

The warranty does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

A loose gemstone may be returned within seven calendar days of delivery if:

• It has not been set, worn, scratched, chipped or altered
• It remains in the condition supplied
• Its original certificate and packaging are returned
• Any laboratory seal remains intact
• Return approval is requested within the seven-day period

The gemstone is inspected after receipt. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Special laboratory fees, origin-report fees and shipping expenses requested for that gemstone are not refundable unless the return results from Moraebi’s error or a defective or incorrectly described product.

A made-to-order jewel cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind once production has begun. It has been created around your selected gemstone, prescribed weight, chosen metal, approved design and personal size.

If the jewel arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from the approved order, contact Moraebi promptly. We will inspect the concern and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Shipping within India is complimentary.

International shipping is available, subject to courier serviceability, insurance, customs regulations and local import restrictions. International shipping charges, duties and taxes are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise in writing.

International orders are not eligible for discretionary returns. Rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Check that the outer package is intact before accepting delivery.

After opening it, confirm that you have received:

• The correct gemstone or jewel
• Independent certificate
• Invoice
• Care guidance
• Other documents listed on your order

Contact Moraebi within 24 hours if the package is damaged, an item is missing, the wrong item has arrived, the certificate does not correspond with the gemstone or the jewel appears damaged.

Keep the complete packaging while the delivery and insurance review is underway. An opening video is helpful, although its absence does not automatically invalidate a genuine claim.
