We therefore want you to feel certain about what you choose. Our team is available before purchase to show you the gemstone, explain its certification and natural character, answer questions and help you understand the jewel being made around it.

And if you change your mind, we have a clear return process.

7-Day Returns

Eligible Moraebi jewellery and loose gemstones may be returned within 7 days, provided you notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of recorded delivery.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us within the return period communicated by our team.

To be eligible for return, the gemstone or jewel must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In pristine, undamaged and unaltered condition

• Returned with its original certificate

• Returned with all accompanying components and original packaging

• The same gemstone or jewel originally dispatched by Moraebi

A return may not be accepted if the gemstone or jewellery has been worn, scratched, chipped, broken, damaged, altered, resized by another jeweller or otherwise changed after delivery.

Please do not send high-value jewellery or gemstones through an uninsured or unapproved shipping method.

How We Verify a Return

Moraebi documents the condition and contents of high-value gemstone and jewellery orders during packing.

Returned orders are similarly documented while being opened and inspected.

The gemstone's identity, certification, jewellery condition and accompanying components are checked against our dispatch records.

Return eligibility is confirmed following this inspection and in accordance with applicable law.

Specially Sourced Gemstones

Sometimes Moraebi sources a gemstone specifically at your request to meet a particular gemstone, weight, colour, quality, origin or investment requirement.

The exact gemstone is shown to you, its relevant details and certification are shared, and you have the opportunity to consider it before approval.

We encourage you to take your time at this stage. You may discuss the gemstone with your astrologer, family or trusted adviser before confirming it.

Once approved and specially procured for you, the gemstone cannot be returned simply because you subsequently change your mind.

This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, not genuine, materially different from what was represented or otherwise subject to remedies under applicable law.

Jewellery Made Around a Specially Sourced Gemstone

If your specially sourced gemstone has already been made into a Moraebi jewel, the gemstone remains yours.

However, the jewellery around it can often be adjusted.

Where technically possible, Moraebi can help with resizing, remaking or reasonable modifications so that the jewel works better for you.

Any additional metal, making, remaking, resizing, shipping or other costs will be discussed with you before work begins.

Our first instinct is to *solve the jewel around your gemstone rather than leave you with something you cannot comfortably wear.*

Ring Size & Customer-Provided Measurements

Please check your ring, bracelet or other required measurements carefully before confirming your order. Our team is happy to assist with sizing before production begins.

If the size supplied by the customer is incorrect, we will make every reasonable effort to resize or alter the piece where the design and gemstone permit.

Applicable resizing, remaking, additional material and shipping charges will be borne by the customer and confirmed before the work begins.

If Moraebi has made the piece in a size different from the size confirmed on your order, we will correct it at our cost.

Bespoke & Personalised Orders

Pieces that have been substantially customised specifically for you—including personalised engravings, initials or entirely bespoke designs—are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Where possible, we will instead work with you to alter or adjust the piece.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective, incorrect, misrepresented or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Return Shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return within India, secure and insured return shipping is borne by the customer. Please contact us before sending the piece so that our team can advise you on the appropriate insured return method.

Please do not send high-value jewellery or gemstones through an uninsured or unapproved shipping method.

If Moraebi has sent an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged in transit or has a verified manufacturing issue, Moraebi will arrange or bear the reasonable return-shipping cost.

For international returns, original shipping charges, return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other government or carrier charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law or where Moraebi has expressly agreed otherwise.

Certificates

The certificate supplied with an individually certified gemstone forms part of that gemstone's documentation and should be returned with it.

If an eligible returned gemstone is received without its original certificate, or if the certificate has been materially damaged, Moraebi may deduct the reasonable and actual cost of obtaining replacement certification, where replacement is possible.

Refunds

Once an eligible return reaches Moraebi, it will be documented and inspected.

When the return is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated within 7 working days after successful inspection, wherever possible to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account after processing may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

A change of mind is different from receiving something that is wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, has a manufacturing issue, is not genuine, or materially differs from what was represented or agreed, please contact us immediately with photographs or video where possible.

We will review the matter promptly and work with you on the appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Before You Choose

Natural gemstones are individual. Variations in colour, inclusions, transparency and other natural characteristics are part of what makes each earth-formed gemstone unique and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect where they were accurately disclosed before purchase.

That is why Moraebi shows you the actual gemstone wherever an individual stone is being selected, explains its certification and gives you the opportunity to ask questions before committing.
