Customer Care
Shipping & Delivery
Every Moraebi gemstone and jewel is handled individually, from the gemstone you choose to the piece that reaches you. All orders are shipped securely and remain insured in transit until successful delivery is recorded by the courier.
Shipping within India
Complimentary shipping across India.
Certified loose gemstones that are ready to ship are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Jewellery crafted around your selected gemstone is usually completed and dispatched within 10–12 days after the gemstone, design, size, metal and order details have been confirmed.
Bespoke or technically intricate pieces may require additional time. Where this applies, the expected timeline will be discussed with you before production begins.
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
Moraebi ships internationally through trusted, insured courier services with the required customs and export documentation.
International shipping charges depend on destination, value and nature of the shipment. Our team will confirm the applicable shipping charge before your order is finalised.
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise. Where known, we will explain the applicable shipping and customs requirements before dispatch. Final duties and assessments remain determined by the relevant authorities.
Insured Until It Reaches You
Your order remains insured while in transit until successful delivery is recorded by the courier.
If a parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged in transit, contact Moraebi immediately. We will coordinate with the courier and insurer rather than asking you to resolve the matter independently. For visibly damaged packaging, please photograph the outer package before opening and retain all packaging until our team has assisted you.
Delivery Delays
We make every reasonable effort to meet the timelines communicated to you. Occasionally, courier disruptions, customs clearance, weather, regulatory requirements or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will keep you informed.
