No. Your astrologer or trusted adviser determines the gemstone and recommended weight.

Moraebi begins where the astrological consultation ends. We help you understand and compare natural gemstones that meet the recommendation, then design the jewel around the stone you select.

Please bring the astrologers recommendation you have received, including:

-Gemstone name
-Recommended carat or ratti
-Acceptable weight range
-Preferred metal, if prescribed
-Any instructions about orientation or skin contact

Because different ratti conversions may be used, we confirm the required carat range before shortlisting gemstones. Please do not share your birth chart, birth date, and other private information.

Every Moraebi gemstone comes with a certificate from an independent international laboratory. The certificate states the treatment status in plain language.

Yes. Every gemstone is independently certified. The report belongs to the exact stone you receive.

A standard report generally records:

Photograph or identifying details, where provided
Geographic origin is not automatically included.

Specialised reports, geographic-origin opinions or certification from a laboratory such as GIA, Gübelin or another requested institution can be arranged when the service is available. Additional fees and time are confirmed before submission.

Natural diamonds are supplied with an applicable GIA or IGI report.

Yes. Moraebi shows you the actual shortlisted gemstones during a video consultation.

We compare colour, lustre, transparency, natural inclusions, structural condition, exact weight, certificate and individual price. We do not show one representative stone and send another.

Yes. You may reserve upto four gemstones for 48 hours while seeking the opinion of your astrologer, family or trusted friends.

The reservation period, deposit and refund terms are explained before any payment is taken. A reservation is not a final jewellery order.

Moraebi’s astrological jewellery is designed for continuous wear. Each setting is developed around the dimensions, structure and relative softness of the individual gemstone.

Continuous wear still requires awareness. Avoid:

Swimming pools and chlorinated water

Harsh household chemicals

Perfume, bleach and strong cleaning agents

Abrasive surfaces

Weight training or work involving repeated hard impact

Deliberately banging the jewel against hard objects

A sturdy setting protects the gemstone’s vulnerable perimeter. It cannot make a natural material indestructible.

A natural jewel worn continuously may gradually carry signs of a life lived.

Metal can develop fine marks. Softer gemstones may show gentle surface wear. Untreated turquoise may deepen slightly through contact with skin oils. Pearl and coral require particularly careful protection from chemicals and abrasion.

These changes are different from a manufacturing defect. Regular setting checks allow us to identify looseness or wear before it becomes serious.

Yes. Every Moraebi jewel is made around the gemstone, prescribed weight and wearing instructions you have received.

You may personalise the jewellery type, metal, size, proportions and design details. Where required, we ensure that the gemstone remains in contact with the skin and is oriented appropriately. Personal engraving may also be added where the design permits.

Moraebi will never reduce the prescribed gemstone weight or compromise its security merely to accommodate a design. Your jewel should remain astrologically appropriate, structurally sound and distinctly yours.

The timeline depends on gemstone selection, specialised certification, design approval, metal and complexity. It usually takes 10-12 days after gemstone selection and processing payment.

Moraebi gives you an estimated completion date before production begins. Special laboratory reports, complex designs or resizing after approval may extend the timeline.

A made-to-order jewel cannot ordinarily be returned because of a change of mind once production has begun. It has been created around your selected gemstone, prescribed weight, chosen metal and personal size.

This does not limit your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was approved without an applicable exceptional cause.

An eligible loose gemstone may be returned within seven days, provided it remains undamaged and in its original packaging. Before making your ring, we help you confirm the size with a ring sizer and personal assistance. Where the design allows, resizing up to one size larger is complimentary; making a ring smaller may require a remake.
